My name is Josua. I am a 24-year-old IT Infrastructure and Linux Administrator from Germany. I have always enjoyed working with computers, which led me to pursue a career in IT starting in 2019.

I discovered my passion for Linux and the open-source community at my previous employer, which guided me toward self-hosting and building my own homelab. Over time, I began spending not only my working hours but also much of my free time solving IT-related problems, eventually falling deep into the rabbit hole of self-hosting. I have always appreciated finding solutions to very specific problems shared freely on personal blogs. When I eventually stopped finding solutions for some of my own challenges and started building them myself, I realized I could also contribute by helping others, just as those blogs had helped me.

So here we are. Welcome, and I am glad you found your way to this blog. I hope some of the posts have already been helpful to you.

Feel free to reach out through the comments, email, or social media if you find any issues in my posts or have ideas and requests for new solutions, especially Zabbix templates and Ansible playbooks.
